Cherry country is famous with diverse food. One is sushi. Who does not know sushi ??? Sushi is a Japanese food consisting of a mixture of seasoned rice vinegar, salt and sugar. Then set up in such a way and topped with neta (side dishes) in the form of vegetables, seafood, and eggs. Have Akiba-chan and Akiba-kun ever tried this food ??   1. Chirashizushi

Chirazushi is a kind of sushi that contains mushrooms, seafood, and vegetables are covered rice. Sushi is usually served on donburi (bowls). The presentation is similar to oyako donburi but chirazushi use rice that has been mixed spice, while oyako donburi not interfered seasoning.

  1. Nigiri

One type of sushi that is often encountered. Sushi is made up of rice formed and neta in the form of tuna, shrimp, squid, eel, octopus or eggs are then placed on the rice. At the time enjoying sushi is usually added soyu (Japanese soy sauce) or wasabi (Japanese sauce).

Gunkan is kind of shusi that placed on nori shaped like a bowl. Usually contain fish eggs or seafood. Gunkan itself has meaning “warship”. Given the name gunkan zushi because the nori shape similar to a ship. ^^

  1. Temaki Zushi

Is a cone-shaped sushi. Its exterior is nori (seaweed) inside containing rice, vegetables and neta in the form of seafood or fish eggs. Temaki of kanji “手 巻 き” which means “rolled by hand” but it has another meaning which is “rolled sushi resembles the shape of a cone”. If observed, such as western food crepes huh ..

  1. Uramaki

Uramaki is a type of sushi innovation from America where the nori is inside and vice versa the rice that serves as the outer wrapper. While neta and vegetable located inside the roll, out rolls (rice stick) or a combination of both.

  1. Norimaki

Norimaki is a kind of sushi consisting of rice, neta in the form of seafood, eggs, and vegetables then rolled. To the exterior there is seaweed / nori as its base. Sushi is the most preferred type of children because of its interesting shapes.

  1. Inarizushi

Inarizushi is sushi that looks unique from other types of sushi. Rice put in Aburaage (fried tofu) previously cooked together soyu and sugar. Sushi is derived from Toyokawa Inari shrine in the city of Toyokawa, Aichi Prefecture.
